Patrick Endler has a long history in the architecture business. He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio, and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Following his education, Patrick worked for multiple, significant design firms in the northeast. He thrived as the leader of multi-disciplined teams on complex public and private design/construction projects.
He led an Engineering News Record (ENR) 500 engineering/architecture company as Vice President and Board Chair for ten years. During this time the firm experienced significant growth and expansion. In addition, he had driven the firm’s high-performance culture to industry-leading benchmarks, including mission and consistency indices, through shared employee initiatives.
During his career he managed up to thirty professional staff members including such diverse groups as Buildings, Life Cycle Solutions, Land Planning & Design, Survey, Environmental and Emerging Technologies.
His experience also includes the facilitation of multiple significant public school and higher education design and construction projects as well as serving as Architect-of-Record for a neighborhood development of 26 green, single-family homes on reclaimed brownfield land.
He led key federal and state military design projects and served as the point-of-contact for two five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) design contracts with the United States Army Corps of Engineers valued at $5 million each.
